Creating email design system that scales
A destination where users could get the latest news on Box products and release updates. My role was to design a community portal which would allow everyone ranging from basic consumers to enterprise admins to keep up to date with the latest news via newsletters, upcoming events and product releases.
OBJECTIVE
Design a space where users could get the latest information related to Box products, news, product pages and newsletters. The information needed to be organized and easily sorted.
SOLUTION
I worked with a small team with a Customer Marketing Specialist and technical lead. Together we had a few whiteboarding sessions in order to see what is possible and saw we needed to add new features such as sorting and realized that there will be two types of users: consumers and admins.
