Citrix needed to update Marketo Onboarding Trial Emails. Primary goals were to improve customer experience on mobile. Improve conversion and engagement on trial email and have greater flexibility and speed of execution for programs, content and testing.
Role: Visual Designer & interaction design
OBJECTIVE
Define vision/strategy for ‘best of class’ and to support future programs by build in options for flexibility, in visuals, content and a few options for layout. Align with customer experience across touch points for Citrix brand and product UI.

SOLUTION
Improve conversion and engagement on trial emails by storytelling through creating context by having ‘bite-size’ information and simple visuals. Promoting usage by providing simple ‘tips’ sections, animations and illustrative imagery.
